These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) govern the conditions of use of the Galactica Code website (hereinafter: Service).

2. The Service
The Service Provider offers astrological analyses, daily messages, love and financial profiles, as well as community features (dating). The service is informational and intended for self-knowledge purposes — it does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial professional advice.
3. Registration
- Use of the Service requires registration.
- By registering, the User declares that they are at least 18 years of age.
- The User is obliged to provide accurate information.
- The User is obliged to keep their password confidential.
4. Fees and Payment
- Current prices are listed on each product page, in Hungarian forints (HUF).
- Payment is processed through the payment platform operated by Stripe Inc.
- We send an electronic confirmation and an invoice for successful payments.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until the User cancels them.
5. Gift Cards
- The Service Provider also sells gift cards (coupon codes) on the /ajandek (gift) page, in three categories: open-value cards, cards tied to a single analysis, and monthly/annual subscription package cards.
- Redemption deadline: the gift card can be redeemed for 6 months from the date of purchase on the /bevalt (redeem) page, by entering the unique coupon code received by email. After the deadline expires, the card becomes invalid, and there is no way to refund the unused amount.
- A card tied to a single analysis entitles the holder to one analysis upon redemption; redemption is final and cannot be exchanged for another product or for a balance.
- For a monthly or annual package card, the access period starts on the day of redemption and is valid for the duration of the purchased package (1 month for a monthly package, 1 year for a VIP package). No additional monthly charges occur during the gifted period.
- An open-value card may be used for any service up to the specified balance; in the case of partial use, the remaining balance can be used further until the redemption deadline.
- The gift card cannot be redeemed for money and cannot be exchanged for cash. It may be transferred to another user (by forwarding the coupon code).
- The purchaser (orderer) of the gift card may exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal until redemption begins; if the recipient has already redeemed the card, the right of withdrawal ceases.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the consumer is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of ordering the digital service.
Important: If the User expressly requests immediate performance of the service (e.g., an astrological analysis) and separately acknowledges this, then after performance has begun they lose their right of withdrawal — by accepting these Terms, the User acknowledges this.
7. Cancelling Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled under the user account settings, in the “Billing” menu. Cancellation remains in effect until the end of the current billing period — it does not entitle the User to a pro-rated refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.
- Astrological content is for informational purposes only.
- The Service Provider is not liable for damages arising from communication between users (e.g., dating messages).
- Within the limits of the law, the Service Provider excludes liability for damages arising from the use of the service.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The User is not entitled to:
- impersonate another person or provide false information;
- upload harassing, obscene, or unlawful content;
- use the Service for resale purposes;
- burden the system with automated tools (bot, scraper);
- mass-download other users' data or hand it over to third parties.
Violation of these may result in the immediate suspension of the account and claims for damages.
10. Complaint Handling
Complaints may be submitted to hello@contact.galacticacode.com. We investigate complaints within 30 days.

11. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms; the User will be notified of any amendment by email or through the website.
